Tracked cross-border delivery from Beijing, China to supported markets.
Orders are prepared in 1-2 business days and normally spend 5-7 business days in transit, for an estimated total of 6-9 business days. Remote areas, customs inspections, public holidays, and carrier disruptions may add time.
Orders ship from Beijing, China with tracking. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, delivery is DAP/DDU: the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs charges assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
A tracking number is emailed after dispatch and is also available on the Track Order page. Contact [email protected] if tracking has not updated for several business days.
