Cross-border return terms vary by destination and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
For change-of-mind returns, customers in the European Union and United Kingdom may notify us within 14 days of delivery. Customers in South Korea and Taiwan may notify us within 7 days of delivery. In other markets, change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless required by local law. These limits do not restrict statutory rights for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described. Returned products must be handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect them and must include the original accessories and packaging where possible.
Email [email protected] with your order number, delivery country, and reason for return before sending a product back. We will provide return instructions and the authorized return address in China. Customers pay return shipping for an eligible change-of-mind return. EnergyMo pays reasonable return shipping for a confirmed defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error. Do not send a return without authorization.
After the authorized return is received and inspected, we process an approved refund to the original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it. Standard outbound delivery charges are refunded where required by law; expedited delivery charges, import duties, and taxes are not refundable by EnergyMo unless required by law or caused by our error.
We do not offer direct exchanges. For an eligible return, complete the return and place a new order for the preferred model, color, or size. This policy does not exclude any remedy required by applicable consumer law.
