Eligibility
Items purchased from energymo.ai can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
