What sensors does the EnergyMo Ring have?+
The EnergyMo Ring features PPG sensors for heart rate and SpO2, an NTC thermistor for skin temperature, and a 3-axis accelerometer for activity and sleep tracking.
How long does the battery last?+
The EnergyMo Ring lasts 5-8 days on a single charge with continuous monitoring enabled.
Is the ring waterproof?+
Yes, the EnergyMo Ring is water-resistant up to 100 meters (10 ATM), suitable for swimming and showering.

How do I track my order?+
You can track your order using the order number and email on our Track Order page. Registered users can also view order status in their account dashboard.
Can I cancel my order?+
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Domestic US orders ship free and arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders typically arrive in 7-14 business days.

The EnergyMo app is available for iOS 15+ and Android 10+. The ring connects via Bluetooth 5.0.
